To keep our shipping costs as low as possible, we have divided our shipping costs into three zones. The first zone is Massachusetts, the second zone is the east coast to the midsection of the United States, and the third zone is from the midsection to the west coast and the outer territories. When you go to check out, there is a blue box at the top of the page that says “subtotal”. If you input your zip code there, it will calculate your total order for you before you check out.
We are only able to ship the Mobius Travel Hoops and the LED hoops internationally. Please email us to inquire about what the shipping costs will be for your country and location. Be sure to let us know how quickly you would like to receive your order. Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You will be responsible for any extra fees incurred and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Hoops are shipped within one week upon receipt of your order. Domestic orders are shipped Priority USPS Mail.
