All Hooping Harmony hoops are hand crafted with high quality materials, attention to detail, exacting standards and infused with joyful intention and blessings. We use industrial grade tubing and connectors for maximum durability and friction generating tapes that help the hoop stick to your body. Decorative reflective tapes are added to bring sparkle and bling to your hooping. We use only non-toxic tapes!
We offer a variety of sizes and weights to ensure fun and success with every hoop. Our 3/4" Core Fitness Hoop is fabulous for taking your cardio/core workout up a notch and makes hooping easier if you have a weak core, feel ungrounded, have not been exercising or feel out of shape. Core Fitness Hoops are only available in large and medium. Our 3/4" Flow Fitness Hoop is great for tricks, dancing, off body movements and is the hoop that becomes an all over body toner.

Choosing Your Hoop / Hoop Sizing:
Choosing a hoop is based a lot on personal preference. On the chart below are some general guidelines to assist you in choosing your hoop. Many people prefer owning more than one hoop. They use a lighter hoop for off body moves and toning their arms, while using a heavier hoop for their core. To understand the size of the hoops better, get a tape measure and measure from the bottom of your foot up your body. If you are thinking about getting a medium hoop, see where 43" comes to on your body. If you are a brand new hooper, you usually want the hoop diameter to fall between your waist line and the middle of your chest.

Hoop Care:
- Your hoop tubing is extremely durable. Your hoop tape is delicate. To extend the attractive appearance of your tape, hoop on soft surfaces, ie., grass or carpeting. Sand, gravel, concrete or asphalt will deteriorate your tape quickly.
- If hoop tape becomes dirty, dampen a microfiber cloth and gently rub clean.
- Hoops do not like tug-o-war or being squished.
- When not in use, store your hoop in a cool place out of the sun.
- Do not leave your hoop in a hot car or allow to lay on hot pavement for extended periods of time.
- If slight warping occurs, gently warm your hoop by placing on warm asphalt or in a warm room and then reshape the hoop and allow it to cool laying flat.
